Real estate has always been more than a job for me—it’s a blend of architecture, design, negotiation, and the joy of helping people step into their next chapter. I’ve got a background in business ownership and a serious passion for homes with character. That might mean high-impact marketing across digital and print, thoughtful staging touches that show off a home’s potential, or simply being available when you need honest advice or a game plan. I handle the inspections, bring a designer’s eye to presentation, and negotiate with a results-first mindset.

As a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I’m here to advocate for you—whether we’re writing a first offer or finalizing the terms of a sale. For buyers, I take the time to understand your goals and help cut through the noise. I’ll dive deep into the local market, track the data, and only show you homes that truly fit—no filler, no wasted time. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about buying a house—it’s about finding the right place to live your life.

Before real estate, I built and ran my own luxury sock brand (Nick’Socks), which taught me the value of great service, thoughtful branding, and detail-oriented execution. I bring that same mindset to every transaction I handle today. I'm also proud to support causes that matter to me, including the Pennies from Kevan Foundation and Envision: You—organizations focused on homelessness prevention and mental health support for Colorado’s LGBTQ+ community.

When I’m not showing homes or fine-tuning a marketing plan, you’ll probably find me walking my dog Milan around Jefferson Park, catching up with a client over a strong coffee (or a scotch), or planning my next adventure. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to all seven continents—but Denver is where I feel most at home.
